Inline Skating
Pushing sideways instead of rolling forward — trains glutes and abductors that running barely touches.
Uitvoering
- Knees bent, hips low, torso leaning slightly forward — standing tall makes every turn unstable.
- Push to the side, not backwards; the drive comes from the hip, not the ankle.
- Glide on one leg between pushes instead of stepping frantically.
- Learn to stop before you chase speed — heel brake or T-stop, before the first descent.
Tips
- Wrist guards are the one piece of protection that isn't up for debate; most falls go forward onto the hands.
- Wet asphalt and wheels don't mix — braking distance and cornering grip disappear abruptly.
